The Community Building has over 5,000 square feet of meeting space for your next family, community or corporate event. The Main Hall has been used for birthday parties, Ruritan Club functions, concerts, quinceañeras, and class reunions.
Rental rate includes: Tables and chairs set up to your specifications. Fully-equipped kitchen. State-of-the-art Audio Visual system. The Community Room is available for smaller gatherings. The Board Room has a gorgeous conference table and executive chairs for your next meeting.

The Fairground is where the Ruritan events take place throughout the year. The fairground is available for you to rent for parties, events, family gatherings and corporate functions. The Fairground includes the Barn, Music Stage, Farm Homestead and much more. The picturesque fairground would offer a wonderful family or bridal portrait.
