The Community Building has over 5,000 square feet of meeting space for your next family, community or corporate event. The Main Hall has been used for birthday parties, Ruritan Club functions, concerts, quinceañeras, and class reunions.
Rental rate includes: Tables and chairs set up to your specifications. Fully-equipped kitchen. State-of-the-art Audio Visual system. The Community Room is available for smaller gatherings.

The Fairground is where the Ruritan events take place throughout the year, such as Easter, Old Fashioned Farmers Days, and Christmas. The fairground is available for you to take a walk free of charge during the day year round. We just ask that you be a good steward of the property (no littering). We also ask that you park your vehicle across the street near the Barn and enter the main gate, driving on the walking paths are discouraged, except for the purposes for Ruritans to maintain the grounds, and service events through out the year.
